Class Description:
Our Intro to MMA class is designed for beginners who want to learn the fundamentals of mixed martial arts in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. This class combines techniques from boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and Muay Thai to build a well-rounded foundation for self-defense, fitness, and competitive training.
Students will develop essential skills including striking, footwork, takedowns, positional control, and submissions, while improving strength, coordination, and confidence. No previous experience is required — just bring a positive attitude and the willingness to learn!
What to Expect:
Warm-up and mobility drills
Basic striking and defense
Introductory grappling and takedown techniques
Partner drills and light technical sparring (optional)
Focus on technique, safety, and conditioning
