Steven Forrester

Steven started off his grappling career with wrestling. He started in 1999 in Amelia and in 2004 made it to Virginia High School League State Championship. In 2005 he joined the United States Marine Corps. While in the Corps he received his green belt in the Marine Corps martial arts program. When he left the corps he started his amateur MMA career and fought for the lightweight title after starting off 3-0. During this time he meet Sam Moss and started training jiu-jitsu. Steven recently finished 3rd in the world in his weight class and open weight at the IBJJF No Gi World Championship.
